^{An intimate and profound journey in the traditional music of Salento's re-proposal, totally revisited for fingerstyle acoustic guitar in open tuning.
13 sound tracks, loosely inspired by the traditional music of Salento's re-enacting, immerse the listener in a cultural and musical universe of ancient memory, that of peasant civilization, but always looking to the future.
Valuing the guitar within the traditional music of re-proposal, relaunching a new interpretative role of the instrument, no longer conceived as an exclusive accompaniment to singing, represents the purpose of the record project ""Salento in fingerstyle".}

^{The Association Casa delle AgricUlture "Tullia and Gino" has recently achieved its first extraordinary goal: to raise funds for the construction of the first Community Mill of Puglia.}

^{Now, we need another effort, just as difficult, but also more significant: to buy a seeder and a traktor, necessary the cultivation of ancient grains.}

^{Today the association cultivates 10 hectares of land with ancient grains: the monococcal spelt, the spelt triticum dicocco, the tender red light wheat, the hard wheat Hats, the barley, the mixture of Ceccarelli and the Saragolla.}

^{The properties of these ancient grains have long been known: they have not been genetically modified by man, they are less refined, being cold ground; they contain less gluten, so they are more digestible, but also less prone to causing food intolerances.}

^{It is news these days the discovery of the GranSalus Association, which accuses large brands of food manufacturers, of producing pasta contaminated with DON (mycotosin), glysolrate and cadmium, a heavy metal carcinogenic to humans (source: http://www.ilfattoalimentare.it/pasta-granosalus-barilla-voiello-micotossine.html).}

^{After the first Community Mill of Puglia, which will allow the traditional - and at low social costs - of ancient grains, as well as cereals and native grasses of Salentini, the purchase of a seeder and a tractor would lead to entire supply chain at the beginning of the production process.}
