^{Following the success of "" Effetto Notte Arte Musica Spettacolo ", in 2021 the Patrons Maurizio Ciardo and Miria Gravili decide to co-establish the music production company, record label and management" Miria Records Management & Production ", in order to promote, enhance to launch the most deserving young local talents into the world of music and cinema, an expression of the Salento area.
In the years preceding 2021, Ciardo and Gravili had carried out an intense activity of artistic enhancement of some talents, including the very young and extraordinary tenor Simone Ciccarese, for whom the two Patrons invested in perfecting singing with the renowned Maestro international Gregory Bonfatti. Following the long period of specialization, Simone Ciccrese has become a fervent Salento tenor, today entered by right in the roster of the company and for which the same is focusing on a first-rate artistic path.
The success of the investment in the young artist has pushed the Ciardo and Gravili to focus on other young emerging talents, making them study and perfect with Marestro Fulvio Massa and the artistic consultancy of Maestra Renata Nemola, who follows them in their local improvement path, while the production and musical arrangement section is entrusted to producers Frank Nemola, Dario Comuzzi and Luigi Panico.}
