^{On the occasion of the centenary of the birth of Lola Di Stefano, the protagonist of an extraordinary heroic act, the first unpublished official film project dedicated to the young teacher born in the ancient village of Bussi sul Tirino in 1920 was born.
Creator, screenwriter and director of the ambitious and delicate project, the author from Sulmona Ezio Forsano. Always attentive to women's issues, Forsano has already made two products, one of which ranked among the top places in an important International Short Film Competition and the other soon to be released dedicated to victims of violence. The in-depth study on the short life of the teacher Di Stefano inspired the screenplay of “Lola, two arms towards salvation”, an innovative product that mixes cinema, photography and theater.
In the cast selected by the same author there are prominent names: Francesca Stangoni, Neapolitan actress in the delicate role of adult Lola. Beatrice Scialoia, a great Bolognese theater actress in the role of her mother Concetta La Gatta. While the role of his father Amedeo Di Stefano will be entrusted to the talented voice actor from Pescara and theatrical actor Fioravante Capaccio.
The presence of Carlo Siano, current national champion of Kick Boxing in the role of the parish priest, is important. Among other things, his first acting experience and now linked by a deep friendship with the author.
The cast also includes the entrepreneur Mariadora Santacroce, in the role of a young mother and the new artistic promise from Sulmona Alessandra Carugno in the role of adolescent Lola. She has already starred in the short film by the same author Life 's moment made last year in Pettorano sul Gizio.
You continue the collaboration with Donato Tulliani for the shooting and as assistant director. Musical contributions by the Apulian composer Luigi Panico and local artist Marco Formichetti.
The municipal administrations of Bussi sul Tirino and Capestrano, as well as the Il Bosso Association, have already recognized the patronage of the important construction that will bear the illustrious name of the teacher in various national theaters.
The contribution of Riccardo Negrini was fundamental, at the time he was among the first to be saved from the hands of the young teacher and to whom he remained inextricably linked.
The author brought the two grandchildren Lola and Amedea Di Stefano to the attention of the project, among other authors of the text "On the trail of Lola", having received extensive collaboration.
 Soon, the project and the cast will be presented to the municipal administration of Bussi. Shooting will begin between May and June and will involve the Lola Di Stefano elementary school in Sulmona and that of Bussi.
In addition to the historic center of Bussi and Capestrano. The cast is being defined for the selection of twelve children who will be protagonists in some scenes, thanks also to the support of the manager Professor Corazzini of the Bussi Sul Tirino elementary school.}
